Los Alamos Community Winds has Joined the David Avshalomov Band Commission Consortium
Along with 21 other bands, the Community Winds has commissioned American Prize winning composor David
Avshalomov to compose an extended work of wind band. Avshalomov's working title is "Vignettes."
